I created a simple app that connects to a surge protection device and allows users to remotely control the electricity in their RVs, enjoying a hassle-free vacation.
About me and my experience
I started out as a graphic designer and illustrator, which gave me a strong visual foundation. Over time I moved into UX and product design, working across fintech, healthtech, and AI-powered platforms where the challenges are genuinely complex.
What drives me is the same in every project: understand the people using the product, and make the hard stuff feel simple. That means caring about clear user flows, consistent design systems, and interfaces that don’t make people think harder than they need to. I work closely with engineers and product teams from early research through to final delivery, making sure good design actually ships.
I’m based in British Columbia, Canada, and open to remote product design roles.

Designing the end-to-end experience for Lita, a B2B SaaS AI credit assessment platform for international users. My focus has been on making a technically complex product feel accessible: simplifying onboarding, data input, and dashboards for users who may not be working in their first language.

2023 to 2025 / Retreat and Vella AI
At Retreat I led the redesign of an offsite planning platform, cutting planning time by around 50% by reducing tool complexity and streamlining key workflows like budgeting, venue sourcing, and hotel booking. The RFP experience I designed was compelling enough that hotel partners started embedding it directly into their own websites.
At Vella AI I designed the full UX for a B2B SaaS platform that automated RFP submission and client to hotel communication end to end. That meant designing proposal pipelines, automated eProposal generation, and a unified dashboard where hotel teams could manage all client conversations in one place, with AI-powered chat handling communication automatically.
